The character with his name is "HTTP" is the GM or Admin of Server?

He can't give anyone 10k GC just like that - there no option to give GC to someone. Only staff members can give GC or Credits.

He was making false event in my opinion.

 

And NO - HTTP is not GM

I have a question about friend system. I invited my friend and he registered but its saying rewards not recieved and he dont have credits too what do we do ?
